▜Tooling

Once the prototype and drawings are approved, we begin machining your production mold using precision CNC equipment.

This ensures clean edges, accurate sizing, and a smooth finish, every time.

Time to pour! Our trained team prepares, casts, and cures your products in small or large batches—depending on your needs. Every step includes strict quality checks, from demolding to post-cure inspection.
